Scenario:

Development of a Chat Application.

Background:

A software development team is working on building a chat application for a client. The team is following Agile principles and has already completed the initial requirements gathering and design phases. The application will allow users to send messages, create chat groups, and share multimedia content.

Your Role:

As a QA Engineer, your role is to conduct risk analysis and impact assessment to identify potential risks that may impact the successful development and delivery of the chat application. Analyze these risks and assess their potential impact on the project timeline, quality, and user satisfaction.

Submission:

Create a text file titled Risk Assessment and come up with three risks that could arise while working on this project. Explain why you believe it is a risk and record the potential impact of each. Once you have completed this, submit the file below.
